The TCR 919, Tactical Cuff Restraint, is a durable nylon restraining belt. Serving as a tough and convenient tool which effectively keeps a cuffed suspect from slipping their cuffs inside of your police car while being transported.

  • It is reinforced heavy duty nylon material resists pulling, tearing and abrasions, always guaranteed to provide a secure hold.
  • The grab resistant buckle features two hidden release tabs, preventing the suspect from undoing it. Yet still allowing quick and easy one-handed fastening.
  • The metal D-ring on the top of the buckle attaches securely to the metal cage in the back seat of your vehicle.
  • The belt can be used on chain or hinged hand cuffs.
